MY HOME MADE LOW CALORIE TURKEY LASAGNA


Well, I need to exercise my walking, so I try to cook as much as I can. Here is my
 HOME MADE LOW CALORIE TURKEY LASAGNA



16 oz Kroger Ricotta Cheese, Skim
1 lb Jennie-O Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey
1 tbs Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb
1/2 cup chopped onions (pre-chopped at Kroger Produce Dept)
1 16 oz Kroger can stewed tomatoes
10 oz wheat lasagna noodles
2 cups Kroger Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Nonfat
Great Value Butter Flavor Cooking Spray

  1. Preheat oven at 350°
  2. Cook lasagna noodles as directed on package
  3. Spray frying pan with Great Value Butter Flavor Cooking Spray
  4. Brown Jennie-O Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey & onions
  5. Add Kroger can stewed tomatoes and simmer till most of the liquid evaporates
  6. In bowl, mix 1 cup  Kroger Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Nonfat & Kroger Ricotta Cheese, Skim
  7. Drain wheat lasagna noodles, cool and dry on paper towel
  8. Spray lasagna pan with Great Value Butter Flavor Cooking Spray
  9. Place a layer of wheat lasagna noodles over lapping them
  10. Top with a few spoonfuls of meat mixture
  11. Add 1/2 cheese mixture
  12. Place a layer of wheat lasagna noodles over lapping them
  13. Repeat numbers 10, 11, and 12
  14. Top with the remaining cup of Kroger Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Nonfat
  15. Cover with foil and bake 350°  for 30-35 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5 minutes more until it bubbles and is lightly browned
  16. Let sit for about 10 minutes so it can settle before serving.  Enjoy :)  10 Servings
