HOME MADE LOW CALORIE TURKEY LASAGNA
16 oz Kroger Ricotta Cheese, Skim
1 lb Jennie-O Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey
1 tbs Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb
1/2 cup chopped onions (pre-chopped at Kroger Produce Dept)
1 16 oz Kroger can stewed tomatoes
10 oz wheat lasagna noodles
2 cups Kroger Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Nonfat
Great Value Butter Flavor Cooking Spray
- Preheat oven at 350°
- Cook lasagna noodles as directed on package
- Spray frying pan with Great Value Butter Flavor Cooking Spray
- Brown Jennie-O Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey & onions
- Add Kroger can stewed tomatoes and simmer till most of the liquid evaporates
- In bowl, mix 1 cup Kroger Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Nonfat & Kroger Ricotta Cheese, Skim
- Drain wheat lasagna noodles, cool and dry on paper towel
- Spray lasagna pan with Great Value Butter Flavor Cooking Spray
- Place a layer of wheat lasagna noodles over lapping them
- Top with a few spoonfuls of meat mixture
- Add 1/2 cheese mixture
- Place a layer of wheat lasagna noodles over lapping them
- Repeat numbers 10, 11, and 12
- Top with the remaining cup of Kroger Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Nonfat
- Cover with foil and bake 350° for 30-35 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5 minutes more until it bubbles and is lightly browned
- Let sit for about 10 minutes so it can settle before serving. Enjoy :) 10 Servings
