2 SLICES OF KROGER PEPPER JACK CHEESE

1/4 TSP. KROGER ZESTY SEASONING

GREAT VALUE BUTTER FLAVOR COOKING SPRAY

2 6" MISSION TORTILLAS

MILD SALSA

MICROWAVE OMELET PAN

Now you don't have to have a microwave omelet pan, you can use any microwave dish.  I like the omelet pan since it has 2 sides to cook in, plus I got it at Dollar Tree on FM 2920 for only ......$1....:)Spray the omelet pan Great Value Butter Flavor Cooking Spray. ( Or any brand you  like)  Break eggs, 1 to each side.  Sprinkle Kroger Zesty Seasoning on eggs ... (I love it, it's just as good as Mrs. Dash and cheaper..lol...but Mrs Dash is great too).  Place 1 slice of Kroger brand Pepper Jack Cheese on each egg.  Microwave on high for 1minute and 20 seconds.  (Less seconds if you want your eggs looser)  Add tortillas to warm for 20 seconds.  Remove from microwave and place eggs in each tortilla and top with salsa ...... ENJOY :) ....  Serves 2.
