I was watching Dr Oz and he had different people on showing off their diet tricks that worked for them. Well, one of them had used
this app that she downloaded to her phone. She talked about how well it worked for her. She said that you always have your phone with you even when you are out. It lists under "Quick Pick" Foods, Restaurants & Chains, Popular Brands, and Supermarkets Brands. "My Counter" lists Food Diary, Exercise Diary, Diet Calender and Weight Tracker. "More" lists Recipes, Sync, Settings, and Themes.
I love Recipes since it has everything from recipes Featured Today, Appetizers, Bakery & Baked Products, Breakfast - Dinner, - Snacks & Desserts etc. It also has Diet & Nutrition Recipes. Dairy Free, Diabetic, Gluten Free, Low Calorie, Low Carb, Low Cholesterol, Low Fat, Sugar Free, Weight Watchers Points and many, many more.
Here are some screen shots of what the app looks like.
Home Screen lets you click on where you want to go. It also has a scan tool that is located in the top right hand corner |
Your Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) The RDI calculation is based on your age, weight, height, gender and activity level. |
Your Food Diary Click on the cross at right will bring you to a menu of different ways to add to your diary |
The Calorie Counter App is GREAT!! I would recommend it to anyone who wants to keep track of what they eat for any diet you may be on. I give it a thumbs UP.... :)
