SLOPPY JOE'S TURKEY BAKED POTATO



PER POTATO
1 STEAKHOUSE BAKER POTATO
1/4 TSP KROGER ZESTY BLEND SEASONING
1 TBSP SHEDD'S SPREAD COUNTRY CROCK CALCIUM - VITAMIN D
1/2 CUP JENNIE-O LEAN GROUND TURKEY
1 15OZ. CAN  MANWICH ORIGINAL SLOPPY JOE  
1/8 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
1/8 CUP CELERY
1/8 CUP PICO DE GIO

Wash potatoes and poke holes in potatoes on all sides. Place 2 Steakhouse Baker Potatoes in microwave for 10 minutes. While potatoes are cooking, place in 1 lb. Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey in frying pan and brown over medium-high heat 7 minutes or until crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally, drain. Stir in Sloppy Joe sauce and simmer 5 minutes. When first 2 potatoes are done, place the next 2 Steakhouse Baker potatoes in microwave for 10 minutes. While they are cooking, take one potato and cut open. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp Kroger Zesty Blend Seasoning and add 1 Tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock. Add 1/2 cup Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey.  Top with 1/8 cup chopped onions, 1/8 cup chopped celery and 1/8 cup of pico de gio.   Repeat this with each potato. .... ENJOY!! Makes 4 servings
