21 TORTILLA CHIPS
2 SLICES CHOPPED BRISKET
1/4 CUP CHOPPED CELERY
1/4CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
1/4 CUP PICO DE GIO
1/4 CUP PART SKIM SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
4 TBSP SALSA
5 TBSP FAT FREE SOUR CREAM


Place tortilla chips on baking sheet.  Add chopped brisket, chopped celery, chopped onions, pico de gio and skim shredded mozzarella cheese.  Place in toaster over on medium setting.  When toaster rings, take them out. Place on plate and add salsa and fat free sour cream.  Ready to eat and ENJOY! :)
