♥ LOW CALORIE SALMON EGG SALAD ♥
4 hard boiled eggs
2 2.5oz. pouches of Chicken of the Sea Premium Wild-Caught Pink Salmon
2 tsp. Kroger Spicy Brown Mustard
4 packets Kroger Zero Calorie Sweetener
1/4 cup Kroger Lite Mayo
1/4 cup Kroger Fat Free Sour Cream
1/4 cup Kroger Sweet Sugar Free Relish
1 tbsp Kroger Seasoning Garlic & Herb (or Table Blend)
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup pico de gio
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup minced garlic
(You can use Store Brand or Name Brand items)
Put eggs in a pot and bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook eggs for about 8-10 minutes or use Microwave Egg Cooker and cook eggs for 8 minutes. While eggs are cooking, chop onions and celery. (Save time, I buy pre-chopped celery & onions). Remove from microwave or stove, drain and cool eggs running them under cold water till cool. When eggs are cooled, peel and chop. In large bowl put eggs, salmon, Kroger Seasoning Garlic & Herb, Kroger Zero Calorie Sweetener, Kroger Spicy Brown Mustard, Kroger Sweet Relish, Kroger Lite Mayo, Kroger Fat Free Sour Cream, minced garlic, pico de gio, onions and celery. Mix all ingredients together and serve. Serves 4
