LOW CALORIE TUNA EGG SALAD WRAP


8 eggs
2 cans Kroger Waterpacked Tuna
1 T. French's Brown Mustard
1 T. Kroger Sweet Relish
3 T .Kroger Lite Mayo

1 T. Kroger Seasoning Garlic & Herb
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped celery
8 slices  Healthy Grains Mulit-W/Flex Flatbread
1 c. lettuce
4 tomatoes

Put eggs in a pot and bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook eggs for about 8-10 minutes or use Mircowave Egg Cooker and cook eggs for 8 minutes.  While eggs are cooking, chop onions and celery. (Save time, I buy pre-chopped celery & onions). Remove from microwave or stove, drain and cool eggs running them under cold water till cool. When eggs are cooled, peel and chop. In large bowl put eggs, Kroger Waterpacked Tuna, Kroger Seasoning Garlic & Herb,  French's Brown Mustard,  Kroger Sweet Relish, Kroger Lite Mayo, onions and celery. Mix all ingredients together and serve on Healthy Grains Mulit-W/Flex Flatbread with lettuce & tomatos.  Serves 8

(To keep it even more low fat, serve on a top of a garden salad.)
