♥ Cheesy Chicken & Veggie Stuffed Ring ♥

Cheesy Chicken & Veggie Stuffed Ring
This ring makes me think of bundt cake

Ingredients:

1 Crescent Rolls or Grands Biscuits
2 large cans chunk chicken drained (can use fresh cooked chicken)
1 tablespoon mince garlic

1/4 cup chopped green pepper

1/4 cup pico de gio
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup mustard
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
1/4 teaspoon oregano parsley, basil, and Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb

Optional Side Ingredients:

1 can Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green drained

1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup salsa

Directions:

Pre-heat oven 350°

Sprayed very lightly cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Separate the crescent pastry and lay out in a circle, pointed ends out on cookie sheet.

If using biscuits, separate biscuits by pulling apart.  4 biscuits = 8 when pulled apart.

Lay out in a circle, touching each other on cookie sheet.

In medium bowl add chicken and rest of all ingredients. Mix well.

Spread meat mixture in a circle inside the
crescent rolls,

then sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese over the meat.

Pull crescent roll points over meat or place biscuits tops on pressing edges together making a seam.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.  (I used my Flavorwave Over, No pre-heating, bake 40
0° for 15 minutes)

4 Serving of 2 Biscuits Each....Enjoy!

Optional Side:
Add cheese, shredded lettuce, salsa, into the middle of the ring, in a dessert cup, then add a few dollops of sour cream if desired, before serving.
