This recipe is one of my favorites in the Summer months. I cook the macaroni and eggs at night while watching TV. This way I don't have to cook too much during the hottest part of the next day.  If you are using fresh chicken breast, I would cook it the same time as I'm cooking dinner that evening.  In this recipe, I used Aldi brand "Brookdale Chicken Breast" . To me and my husband, it's the best caned chicken we've ever tasted and it's the closest to fresh cooked chicken. The next day I add all the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate so it will be good and chilled for dinner.  I doubled all ingredients to this recipe to share with friends.

  Today was "Picture Day"

The kids were able to put on their happy, beautiful faces not only for pictures, but for knowing that God loves them no matter how weird we think we are.  To God, our own special weirdness is what makes us unique and beautiful. That we are God's children and He is always with us and gives us His unconditional love.

Well, we are already halfway through and it was so fun!! Over 200 kids are excited to be here, singing, dancing, and they are excited about knowing that No matter what...Jesus Loves Them!  WOW!!!  That is so awesome to see.

John got dinner from me, his cool card from Missy and all dad's got some delicious chocolate in a tuxedo box from church.  Missy called at dinner and his mom and sister while I was driving.  I didn't have my bluetooth on so I don't answer the phone. Even if I did, we couldn't change mine to his ear while driving. So we were almost home so we called them back.  I think he had a good Father's Day.
