1 teaspoon oregano, parsley, basil, onion powder, garlic powder, and
Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Mexican shredded cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 cup milk
1/2 cup flour

 Topping

1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup flour
1 cup oyster cracker
2 cupx sour cream onion potato chips
1 cup croutons
1 teaspoon oregano, parsley, basil, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, cilantro, garlic pepper, Italian seasoning, and Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
1/4 cup butter

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 425° and spray muffin pans really well so that cheese don't stick.

Cook pasta as directed on box. Let cool and set aside.

Place all topping ingredients into large plastic bag and crush chips and oyster crackers but Not into crumbs.

Now melt butter in frying pan and add all topping ingredients. Keep stirring that everything is coated and slightly golden brown. Set aside.

In separate microwave bowl or pot, combine all 4 cheeses, butter, milk and flour.  Stir and microwave until cheeses are melted and well combined.  Pour melted cheese mixture over macaroni and blend till all the macaroni is coated with cheese mixture.

Chill in freezer for about 30 minutes, this makes it easier to form balls.

Take from freezer and scoop 1/2 cup of macaroni and dropping into topping

Coat macaroni on all sides.

Shape into large balls.

Then place coated balls into muffin pans.  Bake for 20-25 minutes until crust is golden brown.

That's it!  Serves 4-6 depending on size of
Mac & Cheese balls.....Enjoy!
