40 Days of Prayer - Day 33 JOINS US TODAY! ... IT'S NOT TOO LATE!!

NWBC WE PRAY!!!!
40 Days of Prayer - Day 33
At NorthWest Bible Church, we are doing 40 Days of Prayer. I would like you to join us wherever you live.
Come and share God's amazing Story of His redeeming and saving Love

40 Days of Prayer - Day 33

NWBC Family and Friends,

We have as our church tagline, Love. Connect. SERVE…God and others.  It’s built right into our church’s strategy – SERVING matters.  When you find the thing, the job, the position, the effort, the place to serve which seems to be designed by God just for you – there is literally nothing like it.  You’ll get up early, show up on time and give out 100% to fulfill what your hands have found to do, all the while finding joy in the midst of your serving.  Find your place and SERVE your heart out.

Our constant prayer throughout these 40 days is to ask God to touch our hearts, train our hearts, and transform our hearts with the Gospel - God's amazing Story of His redeeming and saving Love.
·
Below is our specific request to pray for and a Scripture to pray through.  I’m writing out my prayer as an example of how I’m connecting to God.  Your words and your prayers matter and He can’t wait to hear your voice.

Day 33:  Saturday, March 8
Pray for each person to have a servant’s heart and to serve wherever needed.

“Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave.  For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.”  (Matthew 20:26b-28)

My Pastor Ty's Prayer:  “Father, I pray that You will make me more like Your Son and fill our church will others who will live to serve just like Jesus.  Help us to seek opportunity to serve and not pine away to be served.  Help us to prioritize being poured out as an offering to You.  In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Praying with you,
Pastor Ty

My Prayer: Dear Father God, Jesus served us while he was here on earth. Wherever He went He gave them spiritual and physical healing. He gave His love by serving us, by giving his life for us.  Thank You Lord for giving us the hunger to serve others. I pray for us to continue to have love and serve others, to be more like Your Son Jesus.  By serving others, we will be serving and sharing Your love to others.  I pray this in Jesus' Holy Name, Amen.

Ryan is our NorthWest Bible Church's Worship Director. My daughter Missy and Ryan were in choir together when they were little. He is amazing...I love his voice and thought you would enjoy his video.
