CHILLY-DAY SLOW COOKER CHEESY TORTELLINI  SOUP 




Ingredients


2 bags of frozen tortellini  
1 small bag of frozen broccoli  
1 can of diced tomatoes 

1 can of diced tomatoes & green chilies
1/4 cup pinco de gallo 
1/4 cup diced green peppers
1/4 cup diced onions
1 pouch of beefy onion soup mix
4 cups of vegetable beef broth  
8 oz. of cream cheese  
4 slices of pepper jack cheese 
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 
1/2 cup velveeta cheese (or generic brand)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon oregano parsley, basil, and Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb


Directions

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.  Put all ingredients in slow cooker.  Cook on low for 5-6 hrs. EAT AND ENJOY!!


You can serve plain, or topped with oyster crackers or with French Fried Onions.  I served with French Fried Onions and buttered pumpernickel bread.
