♥ Quick & Easy Tex-Mex Corn Salad ♥

 Quick & Easy Tex-Mex Corn Salad 




Ingredients:

1 can Mexican style corn 
1 can diced tomatoes 
1/4 cup chopped green peppers  
1/4 chopped onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb, oregano,

1 tablespoon bacon bits
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 cup Mexican cheese (optional)
1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (optional)


Directions:


In a large bowl, add all ingredients together (jalapeno pepper and Mexican cheese optional)Stir until well blended and chill till ready to serve.

Okay, I'm not a corn lover. I'll eat it if it is mixed with something.  Like a kid, never ate a lot of veggies except in a salad.  Well, this recipe is right up my alley.  It has a vegetable I wouldn't eat, but being mixed with other veggies an seasoned...
