Quick & Easy Coleslaw

This is a recipe that is not only inexpensive, quick and healthy plus makes a great Summertime side dish!



The health benefits of cabbage include frequent use to help you loss weight, as a treatment for constipation, stomach ulcers, headaches, obesity, skin disorders, eczema, jaundice, scurvy, rheumatism, arthritis, gout, eye disorders, heart diseases, aging, and Alzheimer’s disease. 
Below is a link to explain the health benefits of cabbage.


Ingredients:

1 cabbage shredded
2 carrots peeled and shredded
or use 1 bag of coleslaw mix
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar or low calorie sweetener
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
Directions:

In large bowl, mix together all ingredients until blended completely. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend.

That's it... Enjoy!
