LOW FAT. TUNA EGG SALAD



Try this homemade Tuna Egg Salad recipe which will keep you full without making  you fat.

8 eggs
2  cans Starkist Tuna
1 T. French's Brown Mustard
1 T. Del Monte Relish
3 T. Light Hellmans Mayo
3 T. Daisy Fat Free Sour Cream
1 T. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
1 t.  black pepper
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped celery

Put eggs in a pot and bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook eggs for about 8-10 minutes.  While eggs are cooking, chop onions and celery.  Take off  eggs  from heat, drain and run under cold water till cool.  When eggs are cooled, peel and chop.  In large bowl put eggs, Starkist Tuna, Mrs. Dash-Garlic & Herb, pepper, brown mustard, relish, mayo, sour cream, onions and celery. Mix all ingredients together and serve on bread with lettuce & tomatos, or on your favorite crackers, to keep it even more low fat, serve on a top of a garden salad.
