SLOW COOKER PORK TENDERLOIN IN RED WINE

I never cooked anything with wine before, so this is a first for me.  Well, you must give this recipe a try....IT IS OUT OF THIS WORLD...YOUR FAMILY WILL LOVE IT!!

Ingredients:

2 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
8 -10 red potatoes cut into quarters
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce olive oil
1 pouch onion soup mix
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1 can sauerkraut
2 cups water
1 cup red wine
1 teaspoon garlic pepper
1 teaspoon Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb


Preparation:

In slow cooker, add all ingredients. Cook on low heat 4-6 hours until pork is no longer pink and potatoes are tender.

Serves 6 to 8
