QUICK & EASY PILLSBURY HOMEMADE 3 CHEESE CALZONE

This is so quick and easy to make plus tastes as good as any Italian or Pizza Restaurant
has to offer. If you like calzones...your will love this!


Ingredients

2 cans Pillsbury® refrigerated classic pizza crust
1 cup ricotta cheese (can substitute ricotta for cream cheese)
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped onions

1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon parsley 
1 teaspoon Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb
1 teaspoon garlic pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup flour for dusting
1 egg

Directions

Heat oven to 450°F. Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray or foil pie pan.

Mix well the mozzarella, ricotta, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheeses, onions, garlic, celery, tomatoes, breadcrumbs and all seasonings in large bowl. 

1/4 cup Parmesan set aside.  
Beat egg in medium bowl and set aside. 

Put a little of the flour on large dish or cutting board. Open 1 can of pizza crust, with floured hands, spread dough out, stretching it till completely flat. Brush some of he egg on to the dough, then scoop 1/2 of cheese mixture onto one side of dough.  Fold over covering cheese mixture.  Press dough at the seams.  Brush egg over top and move to cookie sheet.  With fork, poke several holes on top to release steam. Dust with Parmesan cheese and bake for 18 - 20 minutes till golden brown.  

Repeat cooking directions with the second can.

Serve alone or with marinara sauce....ENJOY
