Missy's Sausage n’ Bean Burritos

Sausage n’ Bean Burritos



Ingredients

1 pkg. Beef Sausage
1 cup salsa
¾ cup red kidney beans
6 flour tortillas (10 inch)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin

Optional Toppings

Guacamole
Sour cream
Lettuce
Tomato

Directions

Combine chopped sausage and salsa in large skillet; bring to a boil. Stir in beans and seasonings. Reduce heat to MEDIUM-LOW; cover. Cook 5 minutes.  Remove from heat; stir. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
Spread beans/sausage mixture,  down centers of tortillas; top with cheese. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla; roll up.
Add toppings, if desired.
