♥ Home Made Tortellini Salad ♥

Ingredients:

1 package of you Buitoni Sweet Italian Sausage Tortellini
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar 

1/4 cup of mustard 

1 tablespoon Mrs Dash Garlic &  Herb
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning,
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 cup of garlic
1/4 cup of sweet relish
1/2 cup of onions diced,
1/2 cup of diced celery
1/4 cup of pinco de gallo
3 tomatoes chopped
8 hard boiled eggs
1 large can of chicken packed in water

1 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Boil and cool eggs, set aside....

Cook Buitoni Sweet Italian Sausage Tortellini according to package. Cool to room temperature. Set aside.

Peel and chop eggs, set aside

Drain chicken...

Place tortellini in a large bowl Add chicken, mozzarella cheese, vegetables, eggs, apple cider vinegar, olive oil and all seasoning. Gently combine ingredients with large spoon. Add salt to taste. Place bowl in refrigerator to chill. ENJOY ♥
