Snicker doodle...Here We Go!!
As you can see that she is getting her recipes for the Internet, and she is following everything on her iPad. You can see the fingerprints on the glass...lol
I think a baker is born....You can see the concentration and how intensive she is.
This recipe called for two mixing bowls and a lot of measuring cups and spoons. Part of baking is the clean up too!
Okay, next ingredients go into bowl two and then combined with bowl one. Missy, "I think you have some flour on your face!"
Time to blend together and chill.
She could have used three bowls, but she reused the second one for the cinnamon sugar combo.
Now to tell you truth, this was the hard part. She had to roll the little cookie balls in the cinnamon sugar mixture, but the dough even though was chilled kept sticking to her fingers. The Internet didn't explain how to do this without this happening....so MOM wobbled in.
I told her to drop the cookie ball in the cinnamon mixture and pick up the cinnamon with her fingers and sprinkle it on top like as if she was breading chicken legs....Of course she says...."I never breaded chicken legs"...lol....so Mom showed her how.
Almost done.....She did the sprinkling and lining them up on the cookie sheet...in the oven it goes....WOW!!! Don't they look Great?
She made a total of 80 cookies...and of course we had to give it our taste test.....DELICIOUS ☺
