Now check out my French Fried Onion Crusted Pork Chops....this recipe is one your family will be asking for more!

1/2 cup mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup French Fried Onions

Directions

Pre-heat oven 375°, spray baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.

In large baggie, mix together, Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese, French fried Onions, bread crumbs and all seasonings.

In a dish or bowl, mix together mustard & mayonnaise. Coat pork chop on both sides with mustard/mayo mixture. Drop pork chop into baggie and shake coating pork chop completely. Place coated pork chops into baking dish. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until pork chops are white inside middle. ENJOY!

I served my French Fried Onion Crusted Pork Chops with mashed potatoes, sauerkraut and applesauce....Delicious!
