ONE HEALTHY LOW FAT, LOW CALORIE LUNCH






PICTURE SHOWS 2 SERVINGS
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese 
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion 
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery 
  • 1/4 cup pico de gio 
  • 1 serving (9 crackers) Snack Crackers 

Directions:
Mix cottage cheese with celery, onions & pico de gio 
Place in serving bowl. 
Add Snack Cracker ..... EAT AND ENJOY! 


Serves 1 ..... Double recipe for 2, triple for 3 etc.   Enjoy!
