SLOW COOKER EASY & QUICK FIXIN BEEF & POTATO CHILI THAT YOUR FAMILY IS GOING TO LOVE




Ingredients

1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef

6 red potatoes cut into quarters
1 package of Taco Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon Louisiana Cajun seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin








1/4 teaspoon cilantro
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon basil 
1/4 teaspoon garlic
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon chopped onion seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper
1/4 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
2 cans Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1 can Diced Tomatoes 
1 can Wolf Brand Chili (beans or no beans)
1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup pico de gio
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 cans of water
1 cup shredded Cheddar or Mexican cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 bag of Tortilla Scoop Chips, if desired



Directions

In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until no longer pink; drain.

Spray 4-to 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Add in cooker, beef and all ingredients except tortilla chips, sour cream and cheese.



Cover and cook on High heat for 3 to 5 hours. 

Stir well before serving.  If too soupy, add a handful of tortilla chips to thicken. Top each serving with Tortilla Scoop Chips or Frito corn chips, sour cream and cheese if desired.
