♥ My Cheesy French Fried Onions Mac & Cheese Balls ♥

♥ My Cheesy French Fried Onions Mac & Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

4 box of Mac & Cheese
1 lb. (16 oz.) Velveeta (or generic)
1 teaspoon oregano, parsley, basil, onion powder, garlic powder, and Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb

2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 pouch of onion soup mix
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes

Topping

1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup flour

1 pouch of onion soup mix
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup French Fried Onions crumbled NOT crushed

Directions

Cook pasta as directed on box. Let cool and set aside.

In separate microwave bowl or pot, combine ingredients. Stir and microwave until cheeses are melted and well combined. Pour melted cheese mixture over macaroni and blend till all the macaroni is coated with cheese mixture.

Chill in freezer for about 30 minutes or over night, this makes it easier to form balls.

Topping Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a large plastic bag and refrigerate or freeze till ready to use. When ready to coat balls, pour topping into medium size bowl.

Take from freezer and scoop 1/2 cup of macaroni (about the size of a gulf ball)
and dropping into topping

Coat macaroni on all sides.

It should look like this.

You can store in freezer up to 2 weeks

Pre-heat oven to 425°.  Line baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking really well so that cheese don't stick when ready to bake.

Then place coated balls into baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crust is golden brown.

(You will see that a pan of ♥ My Cheesy French Onion Mac & Cheese Balls ♥ have ham in it. I added ham to 1/3 of the balls. I wanted to give it some little different flavor. You can do it to by adding you favorite vegetable or meat)

That's it! Serves 8-10 depending on size of
Cheesy French Onion Mac & Cheese balls.....Enjoy!
