♥ Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna ♥

Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna 

I have never made Alfredo Lasagna before. This was a practice one.  Basically I made it almost the same as my Lasagna with tomato sauce. The difference is making my own Alfredo sauce.  Well, I'm so glad I did.  You must try this recipe.  Follow it and you won't go wrong.  This is so do delicious that you will say ... "It's To Dye For"!

Ingredients:

2 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
1 cup chopped green peppers
1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese 
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
1 can diced and drained tomatoes


16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk

1/4 cup of chopped onion
1/2 tsp. minced garlic,
 Oregano, Basil, Parsley, Cilantro and Mrs.Dash Garlic & herb
16 lasagna noodles, uncooked

Directions:
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray


You will need 1 large, 2 medium size bowls.



Bowl #1 (Chicken Mixture)
COMBINE chicken, green peppers, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, ricotta or cottage cheese and tomatoes in large bowl, set aside. 

Bowl #2 (Cream Cheese Mixture)
In another bowl add cream cheese, milk, onion, garlic and all seasonings. Mix well until blended. 

Bowl #3 (Chicken & Cheese Mixture)
In another bowl, Mix half cream cheese mixture with the chicken mixture.




SPREAD 1/2 of the remaining cream cheese mixture onto bottom of slow cooker and cover with noodles.....Bowl #2







Add 1/2 of the remaining chicken mixture and layers of noodlesRepeat again chicken mixture layers of noodles. Bowl #1




Top with remaining chicken & Cheese mixture.... Bowl #3

Top with remaining noodles, cream cheese mixture and mozzarella; cover....Bowl #2 



Put the lid on and cook for 3-4 hours on low. 


Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.  Enjoy!!
