♥ French Onion Crusted Pork Chops ♥
Hay everyone! Do you want to make something quick, easy and different to prepare for dinner tonight? I got this idea when I made my "Slow Cooker Parmesan Crusted Chicken Subs" and used the French Fried Onions as a topping. Ingredients
1-2 lbs. pork chops
1/2 cup mustard
1/2 cup mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup French Fried Onions
Directions
Pre-heat oven 375°, spray baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
In large baggie, mix together, Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese, French fried Onions, bread crumbs and all seasonings.
In a dish or bowl, mix together mustard & mayonnaise. Coat pork chop on both sides with mustard/mayo mixture. Drop pork chop into baggie and shake coating pork chop completely. Place coated pork chops into baking dish. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until pork chops are white inside middle. ENJOY!

I served my French Fried Onion Crusted Pork Chops with mashed potatoes, sauerkraut and applesauce....Delicious!
