1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon bacon bits
1/4 teaspoon oregano parsley, basil, and Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
4 slices of American or Pepper Jack cheese or if you have your favorite shredded cheese at home is good too. For shredded cheese, scoop about a tablespoon full and squeeze it in your hand making a small ball. You can change ingredients to your taste. You can stuff them with bacon, jalapenos, pickles, etc.

Directions:

I got my hamburger maker from Avon.
This will make 6 burgers.
If you don't have one, just roll meat into a ball and use 2 fingers to make hole in the middle, but don't go all the way through. Cut sliced cheese in 1/2 and roll. If you are using shredded cheese, place ball in the center, then cover with meat from the sides. Place parchment paper or wax paper between hamburgers. Store in baggie or container and freeze till ready to use.
So make your own healthier stuffed burgers at home....Enjoy!
