♥ My Pillsbury Crust Mexican Style
Sloppy Joe Bake ♥
Ingredients
1- 1½ lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 can sloppy joes
1/4 cup chunky salsa
1 can of diced tomatoes & green chilies drained
Topping
1/4 cup pinco de gallo
1/4 cup diced green peppers
1/4 cup diced onions
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F. Unroll dough; place in ungreased pie pan, press and roll up 1 inch of dough all around forming crust around pan.
In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in all ingredients except Pillsbury Crust and cheese; simmer 5 minutes. Spoon meat mixture in crust-lined pan; top with cheese.

1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® Pizza Crust
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
1/4 cup diced green peppers
1/4 cup diced onions
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F. Unroll dough; place in ungreased pie pan, press and roll up 1 inch of dough all around forming crust around pan.
In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in all ingredients except Pillsbury Crust and cheese; simmer 5 minutes. Spoon meat mixture in crust-lined pan; top with cheese.
Bake 14 to 17 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted. Served topped with pinco de gallo, green peppers, onions, shredded lettuce and sour cream, if desired.
