Taco Bowl Cream Cheese Chicken Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

2 large cans chunk chicken drained (can use fresh cooked chicken)
1 tablespoon mince garlic


1  chopped cucumber
1/4 cup pico de gio
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup mayo
1 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon oregano parsley, basil, and Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb


Taco bowl Ingredients:

1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 chopped tomato

2 large tortillas 


Directions:


Pre-heat oven 350° (No preheating for Flavor wave oven)

In large bowl add chicken and rest of all ingredients. Mix well. Chill for about 1 hour

Place tortillas in tortilla bowl and bake about 5 minutes or until golden brown....

then sprinkle shredded lettuce on bottom. Add chicken cucumber salad. Top with chopped tomatoes 

and shredded Mexican cheese.
