HAVE A HEALTHY DINNER

DO YOUR THINK THIS IS A HEALTHY DINNER???



Now the food above may not look health...but check out how it's made....

The waffle fries are not FRIED...they are baked. You can also change white potatoes to sweet potatoes.

The hamburger is not FRIED...it is grilled so the fat can drip down, plus it's lean beef.  You can make it even more healthy by using turkey instead of beef.

Lastly the salad has light Italian over cucumbers, tomatoes and broccli.

I have been trying to eat more healthy without giving up the foods I love.  This may help you loose weight as well.  

So when you are craving fries, bake them or you crave that nice juicy hamburger...grill it. How about a pizza...make it a veggie pizza. Need some meat, add a veggie burger to it. Can't go all veggie, use turkey chop meat or lean beef.

The trick to healthier eating without giving up the foods you love is just changing the way you cook them.  Use a substitute for some foods by using healthier choices.  This doesn't mean you can never go out to eat or have fast foods. Try making healthy choice there as well.  But if you can't, just enjoy eating out when you can as long as when you are home you go back to eating healthier. 

So start today and make eating a healthy habit.
