I love slow cooker meals. In minutes you put everything together, set the amount of time to cook and let the cooker do the rest. Makes clean up a breeze with just one pot and everything you make is juicy, meat is tender and the flavor is sauteed into everything.
My husband isn't a plain cabbage person. Yes, he likes coleslaw and sauerkraut but just to mention cabbage, that's another story. That's what makes this recipe so great...just like sauerkraut or coleslaw it has its own unique taste that will make a non cabbage liker into a cabbage lover...Try it for yourself!!
